A 17-year-old Oregon girl has sparked a frantic search after vanishing during frigid weather without a coat, phone, money and medications — with a missing person poster saying she was last spotted getting into a mystery car.

Breauna Vaughn was last seen Thursday in the Estacada-Eagle Creek area near Portland, wearing a black hat, white hoodie, black vest and dark jeans, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.

“Left home without phone, money, coat and medications,” a missing-juvenile poster said of the 5-foot-6, brown-eyed blonde.

Another poster asks locals to check their home surveillance videos for possible sightings.

“Looking for Bree getting out of one vehicle, walking unknown distance nearby, and then getting into a second vehicle,” the poster states.
